weights. Interestingly, they stress 5w-30 use in the cold (especially for TT's). The original FSM doesn't make this emphasis for TT's. This is another data point that leads me to question the original FSM recommendations. In 1994, Nissan supposedly released a TSB for all vehicles expect the 300zx urging the use of a 5w-30 weight oil. I haven't found a TSB since then (but our cars have been out of production for so long I'm not sure the 1994 TSB is still valid). I don't know enough to argue anything except that I'm not going to run a 20w-50 or 5w-20 in my Z! haha P.S.- My brother's TSX actually just left the warranty period a year ago. I just wanted to show that the manual only recommended 5w-20, nothing else.
